Womb Of God is the rancid culmination of everything Dead Neanderthals: heavy droning baritone saxophone, repetitive steam machine-like drum patterns and acid-spewing woodwind banshee shrieks.
Their brand of hellish and metallic noise rock comes closer to the bleak noise of The Body than to what you'd expect from a saxophone-band.
Womb Of God is the band's 4th, and last, full-length album in 2017.
